By creating an account or using Schedia you agree to these terms.
The service
Schedia is a production-management tool for video creators: boards, deadlines, team and money tracking, with YouTube and Google Drive integrations. Discord and Trello features exist in the product but are not switched on for new accounts yet, and nothing here promises you access to them. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or zero data loss — keep copies of anything irreplaceable.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. You must not use Schedia to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access other users' data.
Your content
Everything you create in Schedia stays yours. We only store and process it to run the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).
Discord
Discord features are not available to new accounts yet. If and when you connect a Discord server, you're confirming you have the right to do it — that you run the server, or its owner asked you to. The bot reads only the channels Schedia is tracking: ones you add in the app, plus the ones Schedia creates itself if you have it build your server. A channel created in Discord is never tracked unless you add it. Your use of Discord stays subject to Discord's own terms.
AI features
AI channel summaries are a beta feature, off by default. If you turn them on, the messages in the channel being summarised are sent to Anthropic to write the summary (see the Privacy Policy). Summaries are generated by a model and can be wrong, so don't treat one as the last word.
Third-party services
Whichever of the YouTube, Google Drive, Discord and Trello integrations you use are subject to those services' own terms. Handing a video's footage folder to your team makes that folder viewable by anyone with the link and sends those team members' email addresses to Google — see the Privacy Policy. Schedia's YouTube features also mean you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Illustrations
The drawings on Schedia's empty screens are by TanahAir Studio, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We split the originals apart and recoloured them for a dark interface; the drawings themselves are unchanged and remain their author's work.
The confetti pieces in Schedia's celebration are from the Unique Confetti Pack by Pranjay, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We reduced the pack to its distinct piece shapes and recoloured them to the workspace's own accent; the shapes themselves are the designer's and are drawn as they were made.
The turning wheel Schedia shows while it waits for something is one of the thirteen designs in Loading Spinner (Animated) by 박서란, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We took one design out of the pack's sheet and recoloured its grey ramp to the surrounding text's own colour; the tick positions, sizes and the order of the ramp are the designer's and are drawn as they were made.
The switches, tick boxes and radio buttons throughout Schedia are built on Radio button, Switch & Checkbox — Tida Components by Alireza Rahmani and mohamad shendabadi, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We measured the geometry out of the kit and rebuilt it in CSS around the browser's own controls, and we mapped its teal to the workspace's accent — darkening that accent where a white tick had to stay readable on it, rather than turning the tick dark. The proportions are the designers': the switch's rounded-rect track and the depth its knob sits at, the tick box's corner and border, the radio's open ring and centre dot, and the check mark itself, which is drawn from their original path.
The controls on Schedia's review player — the seek bar, its handle, the play and pause marks and the shade they sit on — are from Video Player For Web & Mobile by Marwan, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We measured the kit and built its geometry in CSS: the bar's proportions, the 2px track and its rounding, the handle, the spacing of the buttons, and the shade that keeps white controls readable over a bright shot are the designer's and are drawn as they were made. The play and pause marks are the kit's own artwork, unchanged. We recoloured the shade to Schedia's own dark and left the controls white as the kit sets them, dropped the kit's title block because this screen already names the cut above the player, and added the things the kit has no drawing for — the loaded-ahead band, the timestamped notes and their coloured markers, which are ours.
The pricing table on Schedia's home page is built from the "Pricing V4" layout in Website Pricing Tables by BRIX Templates, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We measured the original and rebuilt it in our own colours for a dark interface, dropped its gradients and shadows, and wrote every word of the prices and features ourselves; the proportions, the spacing and the arrangement of each card are the designer's.
Schedia's colour picker — the saturation square, the hue slider and its knobs, the hex field with its swatch, and the grid of presets — is built on Color Picker by Matt Walker, also used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We measured the kit and rebuilt it in CSS: the square's proportions and the direction of its two gradients, the 8px slider track and the slack around it, both knobs and their white rings, the field with its inset chip, and the swatch cell and its ring are the designer's and are drawn as they were made. The kit is already dark, so nothing was inverted — its greys were mapped one for one onto our own. We dropped its alpha channel, because Schedia stores a plain six-digit colour, and drew the eyedropper mark ourselves, because the kit has none.
Platform logos
The YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch marks shown in Schedia are from Social Media Logos by Benzatine Infotech, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We took five marks out of the pack's sheet and cropped each to its own artwork; the shapes and the colours are unchanged and remain their owners' — unlike the artwork above, these are deliberately never recoloured to fit our interface.
Those platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Schedia uses them only to identify those services, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Changes & termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. You can stop using Schedia at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting takes the account out of use immediately and erases it 30 days later; within those 30 days a single-use link emailed to the account's address undoes it. See the Privacy Policy for what that window covers. An owner account holds the hub's own data and is deleted by emailing us instead. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
